Visitors experience Takara Belmont up close at Salon International

ExCeL London played host once again to one of the world's premier professional hairdressing shows, Salon International, earlier this month.

As the show celebrated its 50th Anniversary year, Takara Belmont took centre stage with a stunning new stand design bustling with new features and opportunities for international visitors. At the heart of the stand was a new Tech Zone. Focussing on Takara Belmont's hair care technologies - including the Roller Ball F mobile and Roller Ball F wall-mounted infrared hair processor, along with the Spa Mist II and Micromist processors - visitors got to appreciate the science and innovation behind every equipment piece, before heading to the Spa Zone to see the Spa Mist II in action with Takara Belmont's flagship Yume DX shampoo system

"Our stand was all about showcasing products from our most iconic and enduring, to our latest launches led by the new Yume iXI and Yume Noble backwashes," said National Sales Manager, Katie Fielder. "But it was also about creating experiences, not just seeing products up close, but seeing them in action."

As a result, live barber and hairdressing demos presented by longtime friends and collaborators Francesco Hair Salons, saw key barbering and hairdressing equipment in use, as Takara Belmont's Head Spa Educator Yumi Whyte presented Takara Belmont's Spa Zone. Featuring the ultimate in backwash luxury, visitors were treated to Takara Belmont's new Head Bath with the Yume DX and Spa Mist II combining to demonstrate the levels of backwash and treatment luxury that every salon can achieve.

With a selection of iconic barber chairs - including the Apollo 2, Legacy 95 and Dainty, the ingenious Salon Console and selections from our styling chair range - most notably the Harp, Adria II and Coff - backwash products and prestige motorised chairs were also on show. Katie Fielder: "We took this opportunity to showcase a cross section of products while demonstrating the versatility barbers and salons have with customised options, colours and textures. We also took the opportunity to talk with visitors about our 0%, zero deposit Finance Lease Scheme, as this is making it possible for salons and barbershops to invest in our world-class equipment in a tax efficient and affordable way."

Following a successful 3-day event from 14-16 October, Takara Belmont is already looking ahead to what Salon International 2024 will bring! See you there!
